Complete overhaul and e-commerce addition.
NARI MN (National Association of the Remodeling Industry Minnesota Chapter) came to us with an with an outdated website that contained a lot of information that was, in their words, poorly displayed. They also wanted to have the ability to register for their monthly events and keep a members directory for both the consumer and the organization members. We worked very closely with NARI MN to map out a design strategy that maintained brand cohesiveness while presenting all of the existing information in a more user friendly presentation. We strategized with the NARI MN team to tailor an e-commerce engine that worked seamlessly with their event registrations and product sales. A custom component was added to present the current events on the home page while creating an “agenda” type view of the events on it’s own page.
This site is really two sites in one. They serve both their members and the consumer from this site with secured pages for the members and a consumer side that educates them on the remodeling industry. Member directories are current and maintained by the office staff.
The entire site is wrapped up in a Content Management System that makes it easy for the client to keep the site updated.
All in all this was a very fun project – we “remodeled” the site,re-purposed some content and gave them a few add-ons that have simplified their web presence.

The complete brand package.
Theresa Wolford came to us looking for a complete brand package. She was starting her own consulting business and needed a logo, brochure, business card, letterhead and a website. After a research & discovery phase, we created a brand identity that conveys the professional message that Wolford Consulting was looking for. The strong icon of the logo gave us the direction in each of the pieces with the website showcasing the brand.
On the technical side, we used Concrete 5 to professionally present the information and used a clean, consistent and modern set of standards-based templates.
Wolford Consulting is happy with the results, and we hope that we never need her services, but will gladly refer others to her.

The Best Application for the Job.
YMCA Lincoln came to us looking for a full redesign and development of their employment site.
The most important feature of this website is the job search and usability. The job posting need to be nicely presented and easy to browse (by location, job type, seasonality, etc.). Working with
Volano Solutions we customized an online web application that works for the YMCA Lincoln’s needs and makes applying for a job easier.
Developing a custom web application greatly decreased the team’s workload, making it easier to add job postings on the back-end and maintain the system in general.
One downfall…the summer camp positions look too enticing. You may not be able to reach us June, July and August.
